Damaged, defective or wrong item? Contact us within 30 days of delivery through the Contact page and include a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You do not need to send the item back.

Changed your mind? Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in the original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We will give you the return address.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and check the returned item.

Order not delivered? If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, you can cancel for a full refund.
