Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. We currently ship to Canada only, and shipping is free on every order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 10–20 business days. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Will I pay extra fees or duties?
Depending on the order value, GST/HST or other import charges may be collected by the carrier on delivery. See our shipping policy.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. If your item arrives damaged or wrong, we will replace or refund it at no cost. See our refund policy.
How do I choose the right ottoman slipcover size?
Our stretch slipcover fits round ottomans. Measure the diameter across the top: Small fits 20–23" (51–58 cm), Medium 24–29" (61–74 cm) and Large 30–41" (76–104 cm). Not sure? Send us your measurements through the contact page and we will help.
Do the bouclé pillow covers include inserts?
No, they are covers only and fit standard 18" × 18" (45 × 45 cm) inserts.
What size is the Little Cloud kids hoodie?
It is one roomy size: approx. 80 cm (31.5") long and 126 cm (49.5") around the chest. Check the measurements against a hoodie your child already wears.
How do I wash my items?
Slipcovers and hoodies are machine washable on a gentle cycle. Bouclé covers should be hand washed and line dried. Velvet pillows can be spot cleaned.
