Wabi-Sabi Sculptural Ceramic Vase – 36 cm or 27 cm

A tall, sculptural vase with an open center: the body rises in a soft, slightly irregular arch around an oval cut-out and narrows to a small bottle neck. Creamy white petal-shaped brushstrokes run down a warm sand-brown glaze, each ending in a little drip — an earthy, wabi-sabi piece that looks like studio pottery on a console, mantel, sideboard or bookshelf, on its own or with a single dried stem.

• Large: about 36 cm tall × 14 cm wide × 7 cm deep (14.2 × 5.5 × 2.8 in)
• Small: about 27 cm tall × 11 cm wide × 6 cm deep (10.6 × 4.3 × 2.4 in)
• Both sizes have a narrow 2.5 cm (1 in) opening at the top, made for one or a few dried or faux stems
• Ceramic with a colored glaze and hand-painted brushwork (per supplier), handmade (per supplier) — not glass; brushstrokes, drips and the exact shape vary slightly from piece to piece
• Sold individually — one vase per order; several photos show both sizes together
• The supplier does not say whether it holds water, so we recommend it for dried or faux stems
• Flowers, branches and other styling props in the photos are not included
• Wipe gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth
